Lets get to know each other…

This food obsession is dedicated to my brother, Steve, who died too young in 2020 of a sudden heart attack, leaving a huge hole in my life. We shared a love (obsession) of food and travel.

These recipes are from the heart, cooked with love, soaked in memories, meant to nourish the heart, soul and body. Most of the recipes featured here are healthy (with a few indulgences for when comfort is needed – because we can’t be perfect all the time!). All the recipes are tested multiple times, are designed to be easy to make- with no fancy techniques- and easy to source the ingredients. I want to show you that making good food doesn’t have to be hard.

This is about enjoying good food, sharing it with the ones you love, embracing new experiences and cuisines and exploring the culture and history of food.
