Easter Chocolate Bark

You can really use any nutty bits and pieces you can find in the pantry, and add any other goodies like ginger, marshmallows, lollies, turkish delight….the list is endless!

Ingredients:

360g milk chocolate

180g dark chocolate

1/2 cup each of salted cashews, pinenuts, sunflower seeds, flaked almonds, pretzels, pumpkin seeds

tsp sea salt

bag mini eggs

2 Biscoff biscuits

  1. Line large baking sheet with greaseproof paper.

  2. Melt chocolates in bowl over pan of simmering water, making sure bowl does not touch the water.

  3. Dry roast all the nuts and seeds in a large frying pan until just coloured and pumpkin seeds are starting to pop.

  4. Pour chocolate over baking tray and spread out to about 2-3mm thickness.

  5. Sprinkle nuts and seeds on top. Add pretzels and crumbled biscuits. Scatter eggs over the top.

  6. Sprinkle over the salt.

  7. Chill. Break into pieces to serve.
