Spiced Nuts

These nuts are fabulous on a platter or just to accompany a drink. So easy and so delicious. Serve them warm. You’ll never look at a bowl of nuts the same again.

Ingredients:

300g mixed unsalted nuts (unpeeled almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts, macadamias, pecans, hazelnuts, cashews)

30g pretzels

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp hot paprika

tablespoon finely chopped rosemary

1/2 tsp ground cumin

tbsp olive oil

tsp sea salt

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and line a roasting tray with greaseproof paper.

  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.

  3. Tip into a roasting pan lined with greaseproof paper.

  4. Roast for about 15 minutes till golden. Serve warm.
